At Asaan Deals Electronics, we understand that plans can change. Please review our Cancellation Policy below to know when and how you can cancel your order.

1. Cancellation Window

·       Before Dispatch Only: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

·       After Dispatch: Once you receive a shipping confirmation or tracking details, the order is considered dispatched and cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

1.     Via Website:

o   Log in to your Asaan Deals account.

o   Go to My Orders, locate the order, and click “Cancel Order”.

2.     Via Customer Care:

o   WhatsApp/Call: +92 348 1689904 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM)

o   Email: returns@asaandeals.com

3.     Confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS confirming your cancellation request and its approval status.

Online Wallets & Cards

Amount credited to your Asaan Wallet (site‑credit only; non‑transferable, non‑withdrawable). Use it on future purchases.

Not applicable – order cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Bank Transfers

Same as Online Wallets & Cards: credited to Asaan Wallet.

Not applicable

Post‑Payment / COD

Order cancelled with no charge.

Not applicable – order cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

·       Asaan Wallet Balance: Visible under “My Wallet” after cancellation; can be applied at checkout on subsequent orders.

·       No Cash Refunds: We do not transfer cancelled‑order amounts back to your bank or issue cash refunds.

4. Dispatched Orders

·       No Cancellation: Once your order is marked dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

·       Delivery Refusal: If you refuse delivery upon arrival, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt and inspection, you may request a return or exchange per our Returns & Exchange Policy; any valid refund will be credited to your Asaan Wallet.
